Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

In short

Use the app fairly and for your own business. Your data stays yours: we keep it for you, use it for nothing else, and you can download a copy whenever you want.

For your CRM, you are the controller and we are the processor; section 5 is our data processing agreement. Portuguese law applies.

1. These terms

These terms apply to the Elypt app at app.elypt.io (the "app"): your client space and the CRM. They are an agreement between you and CAMPOS SOLUTIONS, UNIPESSOAL LDA (NIF 518831183), Rua Capitão Leitão, 2800-133 Almada, Portugal, which runs Elypt ("Elypt", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them on behalf of yourself and, if you use it for a business, of that business.

The work we do for you, its price and its schedule are set in your separate written agreement with Elypt. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Accounts and your team

  • The app is for businesses and the people who work with them. You must be at least 16.
  • Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • The main account of a business can invite its team. It decides who has access, and is responsible for what its team does in the app. Remove people who should no longer have access.
  • Elypt's team can open your space to set it up, fix a problem or answer a question, and only for that.

3. Using the app fairly

You agree not to:

  • Keep data in the CRM that you have no right to keep, or use it against the law (including data protection and anti-spam law).
  • Upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Try to reach other businesses' data, test or bypass the app's security, or overload it.
  • Copy, resell or rebuild the app, or scrape it with automated tools.

Emails to your leads go from your own mailbox, so you are responsible for them and for having your contacts' permission where the law requires it.

4. Your data is yours

Everything you put in the app (your contacts, deals, notes, proposals, files and content) stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to keep it, show it to you and your team, and run the app features you use. We do not use it for anything else.

The main account can download a copy of the CRM at any time, in Settings → Export, as CSV files that open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets; or ask us ([email protected]) and we send it within 30 days. Keep your own copy of anything you could not afford to lose: we take care of your data, but no service can promise it will never fail.

5. Data processing (Art. 28 GDPR)

For the personal data in your CRM, your business is the controller and Elypt is the processor. These terms are the contract between us that Art. 28 of the GDPR requires. Elypt will:

  • Act on your instructions. Process the data only to provide the app as you use it, and tell you if we believe an instruction breaks the law.
  • Keep it confidential. Only Elypt's own team sees it, only when they need to, and they are bound to confidentiality.
  • Keep it secure. Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, each business's data kept apart, and limits on repeated attempts (see the Privacy Policy, Security).
  • Use only listed sub-processors. Hostinger (server, database and files), Resend (the app's own emails), Cloudflare (receiving emails sent to CRM addresses, and the sign-in check) and Google (Sign in with Google). You authorise them by accepting these terms. We will tell you before adding or replacing one, and you may object; if we cannot resolve the objection, you may stop using the app.
  • Transfer it outside the EEA only with safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where it applies, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Help you. Help you answer people who exercise their rights, and with security, breach notifications and data protection impact assessments, as far as the app is concerned.
  • Tell you about a breach that affects your CRM data without undue delay, and in any case within 48 hours of knowing about it, with what we know.
  • Return or delete it at the end. When you stop using the app, we send you a copy if you ask and delete the data within 30 days of your request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Show that we comply. Give you the information you reasonably need to check all of this, on request.

The data concerned is your contacts' and leads' names, contact details, company and role, the messages they send you, your notes and emails about them, and your proposals to them, for as long as you use the app.

6. The service

We work to keep the app available and correct, and we improve it often, which can change how a feature works. We provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the app or other clients at risk, telling you why unless the law or the risk prevents it. You can stop using the app at any time by telling us.

7. The app is ours

The app, its design and its code belong to Elypt. You may use it while your account is open, for your own business. The Elypt name and brand are ours.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, Elypt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or under data protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell our clients about changes that matter before they apply. Using the app after that means you accept them.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes go to the courts of the district of Lisbon, unless you have rights as a consumer under EU law that a contract cannot take away.

11. Contact

For anything about these terms, email [email protected].
